the heart of the water
& the speechless demonic light of the fires
the blossoming birthpangs of earth
& air — the Song of emptying lungs

Dreaming is the dictator
the unseen eagle
shreds its prey
bears it back home—

das Herz des Wassers
und des Feuers dämonisch verwundertes Licht
die blühenden Geburten der Erde
und Luft die singend den Atem verlässt

Sehnsucht ist der Herrscher
der unsichtbare Adler
zerreisst seine Beute
trägt sie nach Haus—
