I live a life between two cities, two languages, two interactive poetry traditions: Salerno/Oxford, Italian/English. It is a bless and a curse, somewhat as one gives up completely the idea – let alone the hope – of any durable final destination where to find repose to ones tribulations.

That lack of repose is what makes your translations living beings — in contrast to the word-corpses vomited out of the mouths of linguists.
